I dealt with someone directly over the phone and got mine for far cheaper than I would have through B&H. It's the only time I've dealt with them and I saved 5-600 dollars, so I can't complain.

HVX200 in tokyo = 467,985.00JPY = 3,812.7568CAD
(-5% tax if you don't open the box in japan.)
HVX200 in canada = 5599.00CAD before tax
(here in quebec it's almost 15% with both taxes)
minimum difference is 1787$
If your camera breaks before one year you can remember how fun it was to see japan and confort yourself it was worth the gamble.(honestly if you look at the forum, the risk of your camera breaking before one year is very low)
On my first day with the cam i took some timelaps shots of tokyo at night with all the neon lights and bustling streets. I had a tough for my local dealer who looked down on me when i mentionned his price was a bit high....
