WANTED: HTML Whiz for custom Web Order Form

[mjmcneese]

This is really nothing fancy: my church needs to have an order form made so that when people want to order printed materials, an e-mail is sent so that the order can be filled. No e-commerce, no PayPal...basically just a contact form.

Will pay a reasonable development fee.

Please E-MAIL me for more information!!!
