Wanted: DVX100AE DC cable VEK8722

Hi fellow artists.

I have lost the cable between charger and camera on my dear DVX and was wondering if anyone knows where to find a spare one?

I don't need the whole charger pack, only the cable but this seems to be more difficult than I thought ...
As far as I remember, the cable looks just like the cables that the Panasonic DV consumer cameras had in the late 90's. It would make sense that this is a standard power cable used by all Panasonic cameras but I'm not sure.

I'm also playing around with building one myself but I'm afraid of toasting the DVX as I'm not sure if the cable is only transport or if it has resistors etc built in.

Any clarity or info on the above would be much appreciated (and if you have a spare one, I'd be happy to adopt it for a reasonable amount of dollars, donuts or whatever you desire) ...

Yeah, that's it. When I bought my DVX100 secondhand, it was missing that cable too. I bought it for about the same price at an authorized repaircenter.
