It is missing the front threaded part where it screws onto your camera. I had a filter on it that got stuck, and ended up breaking the glass on that end.

It's in great condition besides the front part being missing. If you locate parts to fix it, this is really cheap way to go. The motor is the, there focusing glass is there, the tube is there. The front glass and threads are missing.

It has a Canon FD mount on it.

You might ask Quyen...if he sells that part. If not then..It would not benefit anyone who buys it unless you need it for parts for another adapter.
