I want to buy the Sony F3 Slog3 upgrade that comes on 32Gb SxS card. The upgrade can be loaded back on to card and instal in another F3 camera without any restriction.

There is no Slog 3 upgrade for the F3. There is a Slog1 upgrade (first generation of Slog) for the camera that did come on a SxS 32GB card.
