[WTB] Want to buy monitor please help

Hi, so i just wanted someone who can clarify this for me before i go and spend my monies

Ok so, if i purchase this CoolLCD HD1 Field Monitor

Would i need these adapter's

So then i can plug in my Component Cable

And then it should all work fine? Also does anyone have experience with the CoolLCD HD1 Monitor? Is it any good?
