Want a FREE DVD of my movie 'Tangled Web'?

Nate,

you do make a good point. I'd give you one. As a matter of fact, you can have a free DL of my short when it's done :D

Give me one because I'm the first to respond.

Yes but the instructions said to post on the FACEBOOK page, not here. So you'll have to go there and then come up with an even better reason. :)

Deadline is midnight tonight EDT. Everybody get your entries in!

Can I enter twice? Can I get a free one because I want to enter twice? Also do a better cover for the DVD and raise the price to $9.95. (I assume this is a feature, right?)

Are you insulting my cover??? Is that the way to win a free DVD??? :)

(Yes, it is a feature. And it IS $9.99 in a case with full cover art. The $4.99 price is for the DVD in only a plain paper sleeve.)

Ah, cool. And I did sign up at Facebook, so ah haha! The cover is nice, but it needs more pop! Like the old "Scream" covers. That would be hot for this kind of film with the camera eye right in the middle. That right there would be poppin'! And check out my group when you get a chance: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?ref=profile&id=1440511983 I just updated. I like what you're doing marketing wise too.

THIS is the DVD box front cover....

I won one! As for the cover, did you have a photo day? Like where you just took photos of the actors? If you have 300dpi images of each main actor against a greenscreen or white wall I could probably work something up.

If the film is any good, it will be in the torrents in a month.

Seriously, I don't buy DVDs anymore. In the last ten years I spent a fortune for movies, and a year ago I said "enough" to myself. I stream stuff from Netflix first, it is part of subscription deal anyway, so sort of "free". If I happen to watch the same movie twice, then I consider buying it. I am selling discs from my current collection on eBay, some for as low as $0.99. No new DVD purchases for me, only some very carefully selected Blu-rays.

If you could offer your masterpiece on iTunes or something, maybe you get more customers. I think this is a trend, people do not want to commit themselves to a hardcopy, even it costs $5.

I like the idea of the cover. But it comes of as to monochromatic. Everything blends in as one and doesn't have separation.

Great idea on the marketing though!
