Should I wait for the 12-35 x-lense or buy a zuiko 14-35 f.20 now? - Nobody knows when the x-lenses will be released and maybe they are "only" f 2.8 or worse...
But they might have OIS. - What do you think?
I tend to buy the oly-lense now - have been waiting too long for alternatives. - Any comments from zuiko-users? What are the downsides of thoses fast oly-lenses?
 
Personally I'm waiting to see what the X lenses are like. I've rented the Oly 14-35 and 35-100 and, although they're excellent lenses, they're very unwieldy on the Panny and difficult to swap over, especially the 35-100 which needs a dropped rail system.
 
I'm also waiting for both the 12-35 X lens and the 12-60 olympus is adapting to m4/3, just to see what the news options will be. I like the Zuiko 12-35 but if there's a good chance the new lenses are lighter, can do OIS, won't need an extra adapter and can do continuous AF for about the same price, I know where my money will go, even if I "lose" 1 stop.
