VX2100 vs DVX100B

Hello guys,

I have a question. Currently I own a Sony VX2100 camera, but im thinking about buying the Panasonic dVX100B. What I want to know is that, is the image quality of the DVX100B better than the VX2100. Thanks.

BTW this is my first post, hope to make some good friends here :engel017:

i actualy just replaced my vx2100 with the dvx100b i haven't yet filmed anything cause the weather in new england stinks. but from what i have done in my place it gives you alot more creativity with the look of your shot... the vx2100 really didn't give you any creative freedom it was kinda just point and shoot.

i just recieved the camera today..and im lovin it !, gota say this is indeed a great upgrade from my previous vx2100 camera..

The 2100 is way better in low light, and has a better zoom. I just shot a little informal piece the other day with the 100B as the main and 2100 (2000 actually) as a fixed fulll zoom view.

Image quality the 100B is the best, but I still use the 2000 where the 100B sucks (like low light, etc)

Might you know whether to go with the 100b or the 2100 for skateboarding?? I skate in the evenings so I figure low light might be better, but i would like to do more with cinematics as well.
