Let me do a little explaining, because I'm not sure how many people know what this is ...

The Shotwatcher is Great & Inexpensive Video Transmitter
The unit is about the size of a deck of cards. It connects to camera composite out with a bnc connection. it transmits 50 -100ft on uhf frequency and runs on a single 9-volt battery.
Casio hand held tv has a variable tuner which can be easily set to receive the transmission (as well as tv stations). It runs on 4 AAA batteries (I'd suggest rechargeable).
Below is a picture in of everything in a handy-dandy carry case.
