Voltaichd for mac batch automation

Just got VoltaicHD for MAC and as Barry Green said in his book it's great for getting around the log and transfer and for streamlining and organizing, now the question is with the long conversion times, does anyone know if there is a way to batch process all of the .mts files at once without keeping the MAC display on for countless hours and having to disable the sleep setting on a MAC. I understand there may be an upgrade in 2.0 for Mac that allows the sleep /screen save function while Voltaic continues to work. Any help on this one?

By the way my config is an 08 24 in IMAC 4gb with snow leopard and dumping into 2 solid state MAXTOR 500 GB drives (so far so good) by the way don't recommend the big 2TB drives from MAXTOR/SEAGATE. (had 4 of them and they all bought the farm within 6 months)..
