Up for sale I have this: http://www.vocas.com/accessories/rail-support-dslr . It can be used on all the camera's listed on the site (5D, GH4, etc.) as well as Blackmagic Cameras. (You can use these as is for the Blackmagic Pocket and Cinema cameras, although Vocas does have separate individual baseplates to mesh perfectly with the BMPCC and BMCC & BMPC, but you'd only need to buy those, instead of the whole kit.)

This would come with everything shown, which is the baseplate for the camera, the tripod attachment section, and two 15mm aluminum rails. One thing that's nice about this system is that the baseplate can slide in between the tripod attachment section, or you can completely separate the two if that's what is needed to balance your rig on your tripod.
I'm now selling for $150.
