I recently shot a video for a company called VMC. It was made for a company party. I got to do some traveling as it was shot it Seattle, Toronto, Denver, and Orlando.

It's primarily interviews and about 5 minuts long. Probably not the most exciting footage for folks outside the company but here it is anyway :P

Re: VMC video

nice gig...
What was the response?
I'm sure they were thrilled... "People, People, People, THE PEOPLE!!!"
LOL
It was neat and clean. Some of those shots were screaming for a little color correction, but I guess it wouldn't have been apropriate. I just trashed a piece I did by over-correcting it...sometimes you just have to LEAVE it alone...

Do you do a lot of corp vids? Do they pay well?

Re: VMC video

Good stuff...I get a lot of corporate stuff too. What was your compression workflow? It looked real good :)

Re: VMC video

thanks, basically nothing was color corrected, just some brightness as I had a tight deadline. the VMC folks really enjoyed it.

I used vegas and edited a 24p timeline then rendered a quicktime. i just adjusted a template that was in there.

I have a few more gigs like this lined up and the pay is good! :)

Re: VMC video

I,m Doing something ass backwards...I rendered a 24p vegas capture to quiktime and got a 14.3 GB qt. The clip was one minute and forty seconds?... Back, I say, back to the drawing board :'(

Re: VMC video

hmmm, you can further adjust the quicktime settings before you write the file. just select a template then hit custom to the right of that.
