I haven't been around much but I've been kind of wanting to get back into doing film/short work again, so I'm looking to join up with any projects that might need some VFX work. I can push around After Effects pretty well (and the whole Adobe CC suite). I also have a fair bit of skill with LightWave 3D, DAZ Studio and Poser. I have full licenses for mocha Pro, particleIllusion, SynthEyes. A ton of AE plugins (most of the Red Giant stuff, Video Copilot). I have a lot of licensed stock footage of explosions and well more explosions. Plus a few more explosions. Maybe some fire and smoke. I write software for a living and work at home usually, so I have some fairly decent computer gear and enough software to get just about anything done. I've taken classes at FxPhd on Roto work (among other subjects). I'm not exactly the world's greatest artist, I'm much more of a technician, but I can solve visual effect problems. If you're shooting in the Seattle area I'd love to come be on the crew doing whatever. Not much of an actor but if you need a rotund nerd I might even be willing to help with that. I do have a GH1 setup and a small amount of grip and audio gear. If you think you could use a hand PM me. Thanks.
