As of a few years ago, the average (average, mind you) cost of a car commercial for a national spot, was $330,000. That's according to the AICP. Budgets have fallen since then, but ... yeah, this one wasn't cheap.
 
I don't know what the requirements are to qualify for a Visa Black Card, but Yahoo had a story on how to qualify for the American Express Black Card. One of the requirements is that you have to spend $250,000 per year! But it gives you automatic upgrades to first class on every airline, etc.

A family I stayed with a few years back had the AmEx Black card. I didn't know what it was until the mother was telling me about it (after a comment from a salesperson saying she'd never seen one of those). Apparently you can pretty much reserve a spot on the space shuttle few only a couple million with that card. I'm sure walking on the moon would have been a few dollars more.
 
300k is what i think they spent on the song alone, ac/dc rocks!
Anyone know the budget for this spot? Above a million easy i'm guessing

The Amex Black Card is made of titanium...

The Visa Black is only made of carbon fiber. Pshaw.

So... that family you were staying with... think I could talk them into investing in motion pictures? :2vrolijk_08:
