Future versions of Firefox will include an option to add a site to your exception list to avoid recurring warning messages while visiting it. Until that gets implemented/this issue gets resolved, I find being cautious on the Web (which you should be anyway) far less annoying than having to click “Ignore warning” on every page of DVXuser.

I thought having to type in that security string thats hard to read, would keep spam bots from making accoutns

Happening in Safari, but Im also using an older version of Firefox which is working fine.

In Firefox it's possible to turn off the warning by going into Tools->Options and unchecking the box (which I have done), but I suppose you do this at your own risk if you visit an actual attack site.

God, how annoying is Google right now... Big red screen this early in the morning!

I am also willing to browse at my own risk and this worked for me...

This is going to be a huge problem for the site if it doesn't get sorted out soon. I am sure many people (me included) will not be willing to take down security settings. I'm able to visit using my MacBook but all our PCs have the big red screen that must be clicked each time. Bummer.

We must stop Google from controlling the internet!!!!

I have the same exact message as Paulears with Firefox browser. Anyway to fix this? I don't want this alert and blocking the page for every single dvxuser page I opened.

I'm glad I get the warning, I will spend less time on dvxuser.

It's beautifut outside!

(actually, it's raining)

i got it some last night in chrome.... none since then..

oddly that diagnostics page is now showing threats whereas last night it showed none...

sigh... this'll be a headache.

Lataer,

lol,

I wouldn't really worry too much about virus & bugs, just browse inside a sandbox environment (i.e a Virtual PC).

Make sure any data/executables that are transfered between your Host PC and quest machine is virus scanned though.

The potential for these red flag warnings to be erroneous is more of a concern to me than the malware they hope to protect us from! I certainly hope that "stopbadware.org" is being 100% sure and can prove that blocked sites are actually attack sites before getting flagged. If not, I hope people sue their pants off! This is in the same vein as various email "back lists" that pretend to protect people from spam when in fact they have a very high error rate for determining who is really sending spam. I've been blacklisted where my emails were being blocked simply because I was sending registered customers updated login information so they could upgrade software they purchased from me. Some ignorant algorithm somewhere determined that I was sending too many emails and blacklisted me. I hope this red flag garbage isn't simply yet another way for a few bad apples to ruin the rest of the lot like these half-wit email black lists!

How to turn it off if you're on a mac and using firefox.

All Google results coming from dvxuser.com have a malicious website notice beside them.

This sort of thing is very damaging to a website's reputation and notoriously difficult to remove that status.

Yeah what a way to wake up. I'm just turning down my security settings, but am also using my old crappy computer I dont particularly care for... Hope this gets resolved pre-screening...
