I was just enlightened to something called Virtual Pop. Anyway, apparently the artist goes and does concerts just like every other musician, except ... they're not real. It's just a hologram. It's pretty amazing to watch, actually. The venues are sold out, too!
It's weird to see. I was just talking about this to someone, and he explained it that it's, "[in essence] no different than going to see an animated movie."
