Vinten Vision 12 fluid head with 2-stage aluminum sticks and ground spreader. I used these sticks with my...ahem...Betacam, and SDX900. It probably has a max payload of 30 lbs or so and it would be a great low cost tripod for the 35mm adapter crowd. Has one small ding that I can send pics of and elaborate on if there is interest. I'm pricing it at $1200 and that is taking into account the above mentioned ding. The sticks alone are worth about half that.
OK due to popular request I have added the ding photo. I REMOVED THE TILT KNOB FOR THIS PICTURE, and you can see that the housing has had a chip break off next to the tilt lock cam shaft. When you loosen the tilt knob the cam feels a bit loose and after taking it apart I found that the looseness is because of the missing housing chip. It's not loose to the point of the cam falling out, it just wiggles a bit. When you tighten the tilt knob, the cam tightens back up. The chip out of the housing has no real affect on the operation of the head. The head could use new bushings, or pads (they look to be small pieces of cork) on the ends of the pan and tilt cams, this is where the cams make contact with the pan and tilt drums. This should be a very easy fix for any decent repair guy. Once the bushings are in, this head should do you right for a good long time.
