I have a well used but fully functional Vinten Vision 100 head
It comes with, Camera Plate and Tie down but has no Pan arm.
Everything seems to work perfectly... I don't have a proper sized rig to really test it out with but everything tightens as it should, the bubble level / perfect balance / knobs all light up as they should.
The Perfect Balance adjustment is working as well and the pan and tilt resistance also seems to be working smoothly...
Just some paint loss really... The Knobs are scratched up but not bent or chipped...
I would like to get $1100 for this fella
