[WTB] Vinten, Sachtler, or Miller tripod system that supports at least 13lbs

I'm looking to buy a well maintained tripod system of one of those brands. I have no problem purchasing a system that supports more weight than that, but 13 is the minimum that I need. I would also appreciate if someone could point me to a site that consistently has professional used tripods (already checked ebay/used b and h department).

Edit: I most specifically want the Sachtler FSB 6 head. Even if you just have that I will consider buying it.
