Takumar 6X7 200mm f4 Lens w/ Case For Asahi Pentax.
I have used this lens for shooting video with a Canon 5dmkII with an adapter (available on Ebay). It works flawlessly. The glass is perfect. There is no sign of fungus. There is some very minor dust inside but it does not affect the image quality in any way. The blades are snappy and oil free. The case shows signs of wear and does not have a strap. Overall the lens is in excellent condition.

Over all the lens appears to be in really good shape. The lens is missing the front and rear caps.
