I got my ex1 about 2 weeks ago now, so I am assuming this is the newest batch, got it from B&H, well after looking at my clips I seem to have a vignette in my top edges and at z95 around the whole image, I posted a clip on vimeo at high quality to show what I mean, download it. it is 1080p

That's definitely the vignette problem, albeit a minor case.

Try the zoom tracking test. Put your camera on a locked tripod. Zoom all the way in, put a piece of tape on the wall at the exact center of the center frame marker. Now zoom out all the way. The tape should stay dead center or nearly so for the whole zoom travel. If it drifts, then your lens is off center and needs to be adjusted.

I suspect the your lens is off center, because your vignette happens on the left only.

You don't have to fix it at all. It's really minor and wouldn't really bother me. You won't see it in most shots. Also, there is no guarantee that it can be completely eliminated for all shooting situations.

Repair times are varied - mostly under a week as I've read the boards. I had mine done in the spring and it took a few days.

Did you test the zoom tracking? This is far more of an issue than the vignette in my opinion, though they are related.

Boy does that look familiar...
I sent mine in for this issue.

The first time, they did not fix it, but changed when the vignette occured during zoom.
The second time they fixed the issue.
