Viewing Scene setting

Is it possible to use a DVX to view "scene settings" on the recorded tape shot using a DVX?

Scene file settings are not stored on the tape. You can find out what frame rate it was shot at, and what f-stop, and probably what shutter speed, but the actual scene file settings are not saved.

how do you find the frame rate?

Toggle the "counter"; one of the options it displays is the frame rate the clip was shot at.
