Viewfinder DMW-LVF2 - Off-camera cable, does it exist?

Hey guys

I'm looking to get a Panasonic LX7 and a DMW-LVF2 viewfinder. Since the camera lacks an articulating screen I've been playing with the thought of using the viewfinder off-camera. Anyone in here who knows if this is possible, does it exist a cable that will let me do this?

I haven't been able to find anything myself by searching, and I guess it's also a good hint that I've got no reply's... Oh well, I tried.
