there is a videoclip shot with our camera in 1080i 25p AVC INTRA 100, and there are few shoots in slow motion in 720 25pn. It´s edited in Final Cut Pro and graded in Apple Color 1.5:

Hi Cees, I exported the clip from Final Cut with Quicktime conversion as a mov clip with h264 codec with the Best Quality and keyframes every 24 frames, bye and good luck.

I do the same but never got such sharp images !!
I have now shot a small documentary (about 60 minutes) in AVC-I-100 25p but wonder how I should export it without loosing to much resolution and not getting HUGE files. I tried some export flavours and get file between 10 Gb till 200 Gb can be obtained. NO CUSTOMER can handle this (even 10 GB). So I just wonder how you do this, getting maximum quality and not an enormous file size (I know these are in conflicting) but maybe you can give me a hint what I can used best in this case ???

Hi Cees, i don´t export with the maximum quality, I export with "Best quality" from final cut, so the file is lighter than the other.
