Hi guys, long time reader, don't really post. I went to a shoot the other day and my external monitor got no picture (HD component out) so I tried my SD monitor over composite and got some kind of funky scrambled signal. This had never happened to me before, though I had been messing with settings between shoots, I couldn't find any way to make the external monitors start working again. I was shooting 720p to firestore / p2, with a manhattan lcd hd monitor on the component outs and a sony SD crt on the component. This system always works for me so either I screwed up the settings when I played with them between shoots, or something broke.
If anyone knows whether settings could do this or if the camera is likely to screw up both component and composite outs at the same time and what the poblem would be, I would be forever in your debt. I'm supposed to be finished this project I'm working on already but .....
