Video Outputs

Hi -

I am using a dvx100b to film a live event where the live video feed will be projected onto screens during the event. I will be sending signal via the A-V out to a Distribution Amp (and then to projectors). I would like to set up a monitor for the camera operator as well.

Will there be live signal on both the A-V output and the S-Video output if I have something connected to both?

I was curious so I went and tested it. The S-VIdeo, the RCA out and the firewire port all provided a picture simultaneously. Good luck on your shoot!
