Video Out OSD

I think I just may have screwed myself royally. Somehow, the Video Out OSD was turned on during a shoot. The clips on my FireStore appear to have the display burned into the clips.

Is there ANY WAY that this is a track and can still be removed at this point? Do I have a days worth of useless footage? Please help me and bring some heavy drugs.

No, the OSD information is embedded in the video itself. There is no non-destructive way to remove it.
 
Thanks, I think, for the quick reply. Let this be a lesson to others... ALWAYS view your first shots to make sure everything's working properly!

I'm going to go cry now.
 
Alex, I feel for you. YES, it's always a good idea to play back the first shots of the day with sound.
I'll have a drink for ya!
 
Well, we were able to re-shoot the spot with 24 hours notice. That's using someone's house, catering supplies, chef with Thanksgiving meal and an entire family in the shots. Oh yeah, and a Chihuahua. Shooting took 3 hours less and looks better. Overall, not too bad except for the two days less we have for production.
