I'm using the hacked Panasonic GH2 since the hack came out. Here is a video I made with it using a cheap Canon FD 85mm lens with an adapter, Rode videomic micrphone, a stereo recorder by Tascam (dr-07 mark II)
I'm using the 25p hbr setting. At home I've dubbed the audio automatically using Kdenlive (I work on Ubuntu).
I also use a cheap external battery for RC models I bought on ebay, and a 5 inches external lilliput monitor. I have chosen the 5 inches model because it is small, but if you are working with very shallow depth of field sometimes the resolution is not good enough.
I'm very happy with Kdenlive. Dubbing audio automatically is really useful and fast. I have transcoded the panasonic gh2 files to an intermediate format using codec Dnxhd.
There is some wind noise because I didn't have deadcats (I need to buy some.)
