Video look

The allure of the AF100 is the ability to get that filmic look. Many lens and settings have been discussed to get that look. But on occasion we may want a more detailed video look. Beyond the obvious, shooting at 60i, detail turned up etc. What settings and lens will help to achieve this look?

If you have enough light the 14-140 lens would go a long way towards the video look. At more than 2 stops slower than a typical 2/3 broadcast lens it would have similar dof characteristics.

Shoot 1080/60i with a 1/60th shutter speed.

What does a wide DOF have to do with this? Anyone been to the cinema lately?

Thanks for the ideas....I was looking for a "video look". Not a bad looking video. I'll dismiss the "zoom lots" comments.

I would go for 30p or 60i, then use a contrasty gamma curve and rich and punchy colors.
