Yeah I know what you mean, the guy who was in charge of this project wanted a dreamy/overexposed and gausy look.

I really like the lighting/exposure and the shot composition (for the most part). What really got to me was the strobing. My eyes even hurt a bit from it. The handheld shots could have been smoother as well.
