Rebel with a cause
Next month, Isara Charity will be having a charity raffle specifically for filmmakers. We've already received a lot of great prizes from some major vendors but now we're looking for some miscellaneous things to raffle.
Please look at the list below and then look around your office or closet. If you have any thing you'd like to donate, let me know. (The raffle starts the first week of April.)
- Microphone (shot gun or wireless)
- Tripod (w/head or without)
- Batteries (DVX, HVX, etc.)
- Tapes (MiniDV)
- SATA Harddisk (internal or external)
- DDR2 RAM (1gb+)
- Services (web design, CGI, etc.)
- Game console (X-Box, PS2, etc.)
- Anything else you're not using but think another filmmaker could.
Keep in mind that a $50 item can bring in, potentially, hundreds of dollars in raffle ticket sales benefiting the charity. Thank you for any support you can provide.
