Video Confessions: Your worst, funniest or stupidest video moments

So, everyone has them. Lets hear about the dumbest, funniest or weirdest moment you've had in a video related.... thing.


My stupidest would be wondering why the image was all black when the lens cap was on. Worst would be finding out that the video feed to a Tricaster was faulty after a 3 camera payed event.
 
Worse:

Filmed a wedding ceremony. Reviewed the tape while driving, rewound about halfway. Stopped to get back to driving... got lost... made it to reception just in time, picked up the camera and rushed to film, forgetting that I had rewound the tape. Recorded over ceremony part 2... including the kiss.

Backup camera footage didn't turn out.

Ouch.

Got creative in editing, added still shot collage, used footage from earlier in ceremony to look like later, did flashes into those key moments with still shots... they liked it :)
 
man that sux, i blew my mic while shooting soem indy stuff witha director and soem actresses who drove three hours to shoot in the woods we only were half way thru and we have to rescedual a shoot

My recent shoot, even though I had most things on the ball, I had chosen a very remote location under an overpass (guerrilla style), and I completely forgot to think of bathroom locations. Guys had no problems, but the girls... :S They had to hold it in and I felt really bad. :(

Moral? Always remember the two necessities when on set:

Food, and Bathroom.
