Video card issues after motherboard upgrade

I'm getting this message while starting Xpress 3.5

"Your Video card either does not support playback or it needs more memory.
Try lowering the screen size or bit depth
For now playback will only display the first frame on desktop."

Video card is a NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4800 SE 128MB.

This is using the same video card that worked great before I had a huge computer meltdown that caused me to replace: Motherboard, CPU, HD.
I know this is going to be a setting issue somewhere I just cant find it.

Any suggestions?

Do you have the latest drivers installed?

I beleive so, got em from NVIDIA site, maybee ill try a few different versions.

Intaller wont let me install a wrong version so I'm assuming I had it right.

Rolled back to a driver from 2002 and for some reason it works with my stone age version of XPress DV
