vibration issue

hey guys its been awhile since ive posted so long time no see.

Heres my problem. canon 5dmkii with a older nikon 70-210 the push n pull zoom kind. no IS.
its a great picture and i love this combo, but even though its mounted on my 350/516 manfrotto tripod. Im still having trouble with vibration from the boat that im filming from.
any ideas? i was thinking tons of foam in between everything.

The cinesaddle works great for that. In a pinch you could try a beanbag. All the millions of little styrofoam beads are great for absorbing and eliminating vibration.
