Got a call from Hot Rod Camera to inform me my Veydra 12mm T2.2 has arrived at the their shop, but I'm in NYC for next two-to-three weeks so it be awhile before I test it out.

Seems the 12mm is 'in stock' at retailers now. Mine was pre-ordered as part of a set.
They should be in the hands of many users now, so expect reviews to start popping up.
Adam Wilt reviewed a prototype after NAB.

I think the Kowa 12mm 1.8 is much better.
In what way ? You've compared both lenses side by side ?

Mine arrived two days ago. I have yet to get a chance to really play with it.
