GH3 Very happy with the look of my GH3

I have to say my reservations about the GH3's cinematic look are gone. No more thinking the GH2 is sexier than the GH3. Don't get me wrong, the GH2 is still a great camera, and I still use it, but I am VERY convinced the GH3 can produce results that look cinematic. Here are some stills from GH3 projects I've shot over the last few months. Pretty proud of the lighting in these shots.

Nice lighting. I think any of these newer came will yeild same results under same lighting conditions.

I'm happy you like the Gh3 but happier that you understand lighting. If one understands light and how to light, any camera these days will do....

Among other things I really liked these quotes from that lecture. Thanks for that link Ian (u got the nerve to have my same first name). :)

Lol. That was one of my favorite quotes too!

Amazing look in those grabs. Great job! They look so rich and alive and not at all sterile like too many judge digital cameras to have. What a great example of what can be done without needing 4k or RAW. It is all about the darn lighting. Have to say I love the color as. I love shooting with warm colors and this spoke to me.

At the risk of sounding self-congratulatory, let me also add that those shots are straight from the camera. No grading. Only cropped for 2.35:1.
It also doesn't hurt to have actors who are easy on the eyes and an art director putting pretty colors and objects in the frame, like in the photos shown.
