Very First HVX Footage!

Hey Thanks! It's cooling off here in Phoenix so not many more pool days left.

Just wondering if polarizing filter would help what I'm seeing at about 1:01...I'm focused on the b/g (rocks & plants) and a big splash of water fills the frame and the b/g goes very dark. Then the b/g lightens as the splash subsides. Are there any internal setting that might help? Thanks for any input (Newb here).

take the iris out of 'auto'. lock in your exposure manually and you wont see shifts like that.
