Vertical stretching

My squeeze mode footage looks vertically strecthed. I edit in Premiere Pro CS3 and I exported it as 16:9 and edited in a 16:9 timeline, I can not figure it out.

It is probably the most obvious thing!

It looks like it's squeezed horizontally by about 16%. What were your exact export/render settings? (Exact.)

File - export - adobe media encoder this opens up a new window.

File Format is H.264

in the video tab I set the frame rate to 23.967 (24p)

Field order - none

Pixel Aspect Ratio - 16:9 (I shoot squeeze) this all depends on your settings.

Profile - Main

Level - 3.1

Bitrate Encoding - 1 pass

Target Bitrate - 3

Max " " - 6

What were the width and height values?

Quicktime is somewhat notorious for making things too narrow (as you see). Try a custom size -- 873x480 -- pixel aspect ratio 1.000 or square.

I just tried it and now I get 2 very thing black line on the top and bottom.

I have tried a lot of things and still have not figured this out. Does anyone else know how to fix it.
