Vertical noise pattern

I see some vertical stripes/lines shaped noise pattern in dark areas sometimes, not on that high of ISO either, like 1600. But seems to me it's existent at all ISOs, just more or less visible, also more or less visible depending on what you're filming.

Is this normal? It's most visible when panning side to side, then you can really see it. At least if you're aware of it and trying to analyze image quality.

I expect noise, but why in a pattern, shouldn't it be random? That would look much better.

its normal, depends also on picture styles cause some of them make it more visible so use regular in camera ones.

I've made a video where it is visible, yes, I know this is unproper lighting/exposure, bla, bla, the point is that I made good (bad) conditions to show it, this is how to best show it. In my opinion, no matter how poorly lit, exposed, no matter how high ISO (within reason, up to 1600 at least) there should NOT be PATTERNS to the noise, especially not like this. Blaming it on stuff like that is an excuse and beating around the bush.

Now, is this something that can be serviced and have the sensor configured to better decrease visibility of it, or what's the deal here?

VIDEO: Keep your eyes to the left, it's very visible, but it's obviously all over.

I'm willing to bet that the camera can be serviced and configured somehow to make it less visible. As my first 5Dmkii (this is my second) also had this, but it was much less visible.
