Vertical Line problem (Not interlacing problem)

Hey everyone,

I have been having this problem with my DVX100a, not sure what's causing it. Maybe I need to clean the heads?

Anyways, here is a screenshot

I don't see any vertical lines. I do see some horizontal banding; it looks like the kind of thing that's a known problem in Premiere Pro 1.5.

ahhhh yeah sorry, I meant horizontal. And, I am using PP1.5, it has been nothing but trouble. So, it is a known problem in Premiere? Does upgrading to 2.0 fix it?

Yes, Premiere Pro 2.0 doesn't have that problem.

Thanks for replying. I have had nothing but problems with PPRO 1.5, i'm thinking I'll switch to vegas.
