Vertical Detail in Progressive

Which is best; THIN, THICK or MEDIUM? The final video is intended to be displayed on the internet. I assume computer screens these days aren't interlaced so would my best option be THIN for best resolution? I just wanted to quickly conform this is the way to go before shooting any footage. The test video will most likely end up on Vimeo.

Oh yeah absolutely. I wondered if most computer monitors are progressive or interlaced. Is it better to use thick or thin for the internet. Thanks!
