Vegas is a terrible name for a NLE

Re: Vegas is a terrible name for a NLE

I once broke a simple polyphonetically-grouped twenty square digit key transposed in booster phodonic form with multiple nulls using a Drogen's decoder ring from a box of Lucky Charms.

( :'( That sure beat "me winning a grand" story...heh)[/quote]

The better part of the story is that I had some DVXuser.com biz cards printed up for the show, that said Panasonic all over them.. the prize at the Vegas 5 was drawn by dropping your bizcard in a box.. You shoulda seen the guy from Sony's face when he pulled my name out of the box and saw the Panasonic DVXuser super card lol :)

But i'm telling you.. those Sony guys kick ass. They really support the communities, something that Panasonic doesn't do.

I am always stoked on the Pani reps that frequent this house; you know, the 60,000 ranked site in the world.

Why is it no one gets so excited about a software app when we talk about FCP, Avid or premiere.. Vegas is the only choice for me .. Welcome aboard...

I can top this: You shoulda seen the look on the tour guide's face at the George Eastman House (Rochester, NY) years ago when I opened a new roll of film and handed her the cardboard box to dispose. Her friendly smile turned to genuine shock as she saw the words "Konica Film". Pretty good film at that.
