Vclex0877

So I went to my Videos guys the other day and tried out the new VCLEX0877 lens.
I was wondering if anyone has purchased this and is using it in real life environments, if you could provide me feed back on how you like it or dislike it and if its worth the money that would be appreciated. I had to take some photos of it, just looked so nice on the camera...

Is this a new lens? Or is it the Sony .8x? If it's the Sony .8x, it's been out for a while and yes, I have it. And I like it. For me it's not quite as good as the bare lens, but it's very sharp and the added field of view is nice. I see a little more CA than my bare lens, but it's still nice. Makes the camera noticeably more front heavy. I also have the Century .55x, which is very good too for certain applications.

I have it and it really makes the front heavy. with the BPU-60 added, it is quite balance but not possible to hand held throughout the day shoot. I used a monpod instead. I would love to leave it on forever if it is not for the weight. Image wise, it is sharp and can zoom throughout. There is some CA though.
