I see no reason why it wouldn't but I've never tried it as I have another MB for my HVX, however when I get home toinight I'll throw it on and check it out and let you know. However, I have used it on my DVX, so I can't think of any reason it wouldn't work, the form factors are similar, and it does have a 16:9 matte so it is obviously intended to go both ways. (so to speak : ))
