Varicam Questions

Having a hard time finding some specific info on the Varicam. Could anyone help me out with the following?

-What’s the file extension for ProRes, AVC-LongG, and AVC-Proxy? (I assume .mov and .mxf but would like to be sure)
-What is the bitrate for AVC-Intra LT and 2K-LT?
-Are AVC-LongG and AVC-Proxy compatible with FCPX, Premiere, Avid and/or DaVinci Resolve?

AVC-LongG and Proxy are compatible with Resolve.
Proxy files extensions are .MOV

Thanks Alex! Any idea about the bitrate for LT and 2K-LT? That's the one thing I can't for the life of me find online.

Record times would also suffice, I could calculate bitrate from there.
