Sadly letting go of my favorite camera I've ever owned. Punches way above its weight and holds its own against higher priced cameras from Arri/Sony/Red. The original dual Native ISO 800/5000 sensor, beautiful color science and the best highlight rolloff of any camera other than the Alexa IMO. Used to shoot series like Ozark, Orange is the New Black, Crazy Rich Asians, Arrested Development and more. Balances well on the shoulder and can be stripped down to use on Movi/Ronin 2.
I purchased this camera new in August 2017. Only selling because I recently bought a Varicam 35 and although I planned to use both cameras together, I need to free up funds for an upcoming purchase.
Package includes the following:
- Panasonic Varicam LT Camera body
- Rear, removable LCD Control Panel
- Panasonic EVF HD Color Viewfinder AU-VCVF10G and mount
- PL Mount
- Locking EF Mount (one of the locking screws is missing so I just use one of the screws from the PL mount when I swap)
- Panasonic VCT Shoulder Plate
- Side handle grip and extension
- Wooden Camera top cheese plate
- Sony VCT Tripod Plate
- Card Reader and cables
- 2 x 256GB P2 cards (B series - the fastest read/write)
- IR Cut filter (never used)
Camera has 625 hours on the clock. There are cosmetic blemishes on the body from use. A couple small scratches on the LCD control panel. Some light dust on the glass in front of sensor that does not show up on image. Underneath the hood everything is full working order and makes beautiful images.
