Hey Everyone,
I'm coming up on the home stretch of my first feature and I need some advice for an important shot vital to the film. The shot involves the main character sitting in a busy cafeteria. As we dolly in, the background moves in superior fast motion, but the dolly and the main character remain at normal speed. I've shot a few test shots using the green screen and a background plate shot in the cafeteria but I'm just not satisfied with the look. I've seen this effect done all the time in films and I was just wondering if anyone had done something like this before and could let me in on some tips to make this effect look more legit. Thanks.
