I did a search for this film in the forums but couldn't find it.

I just watched it this weekend. This has got to be one of the worst films I've ever seen.

It had all the elements.


I LOVE vampire films and have a high tolerence for them compared to most. But this was Awful. Terrible effects, except for Mr. Hyde which was absolutely genius. Loved the buttcrack and pulling up of pants. I love the gothic architecture. The sets where great.


The rest was terrible. But like a train wreck, I just couldnt shut it off.

What a waste of the Universal Monsters.

Another rape job by Hollywood. Bad film on all levels. Even the effects sucked.

Yeah. When I saw the Mummy. I thought this is not bad, maybe this guy will improve and go on to better things. Every film he has touched since then, just gets worse and worse. Yet they throw money at the idiot. Life is not fair.

i agree with you on the Hyde scene Arcburn. i loved it.
I wished that movie would have been about Hyde himself. and should have ended the movie when he falls to his death.

The way he acts behind the scenes on the DVD pisses me off. Not much respect for filmaking or even the fans IMO

I phucken hated Van Helsing. I remember coming out of the theatre and everyone around me was pissed off at having wasted ten bucks.

movies like these give people like us hope to make something innovative-independently. I believe that there's that balance. if not for that, then we wouln't stand a chance.
