This is nothing spectacular. I helped a group of high school kids with their school project. It's not a bad camera for little fun projects like this. My biggest grip is the 5 min limitation and it shutting off. There are others of course but that seem to mess me up during most of the shoot. We also obviously had sound issues but who cares, I'm not aiming for an award.

Don't be too critical, they're just kids so be easy on their acting.

ps: don't hate on the youtube link.

that's cool. kinda long, but not bad.. what lens did you use?

yeah, one of the class requirement was the film had to be more than 7 mins. The original title of the movie was actually called "Vampire Sushi". We had a few cast members who didn't show up so we changed the movie around.

Lens used were:

50mm 1.8
85mm 1.8
20mm-80mm

I used mostly the 85mm.

I wanted to film at night but the kids had a curfew.. So everything had to be filmed during the day.

Thanks for watching.

I thought that was hilarious, and it looked good too. What grade were the students in and what course was that for?
